  The common preparation process can be roughly divided into the following three steps: a. bulking b. beating c. adding glue and filling

  3. Copymaking

  Process The main work of the papermaking department is to evenly interweave and dewater thin paper materials, and then dry, calender, roll paper, cut, sort, and package. Therefore, the common processes are as follows:

  a. Screening of paper material Dilute the prepared paper material to a lower concentration, and use the screening equipment to screen out impurities and undissociated fiber bundles to maintain the quality and protect the equipment.

  b. The net part makes the paper material flow out of the head box on the circulating copper wire mesh or plastic net and evenly distribute and interweave.

  c. The press section guides the wet paper with the net surface removed to a two rollers with felt, and the wet paper is further dehydrated by the squeezing of the rollers and the water absorption of the felt, and the paper quality is better. Tight to improve the paper surface and increase strength.

  d. Because the moisture content of the wet paper after pressing in the dryer is still as high as 52-70%, mechanical force can no longer be used to remove the moisture at this time, so the wet paper is changed to pass through many cylinders with heated steam. The surface allows the paper to dry.

  e. Roll paper roll paper web into paper roll

  f. Cutting, sorting and packaging: take a number of paper rolls that have been rolled into a tube before, cut them into sheets of paper with a paper cutter, and then manually or mechanically sort them to remove damaged or stained paper. Finally, pack every five hundred sheets into a pack (usually called a ream).
