Papermaking process-Jinling Paper Machinery

　　The waste paper enters the hydraulic pulper, and the hydraulic pulper performs beating and deinking of the waste paper. The pulp after beating and deinking flows into the pulp tank; the pulp pump is used to lift the pulp from the pulp tank into the high-frequency vibrating screen. The vibrating screen plays the role of separating debris; after screening, it flows into the pulp tank, and then is carried into the rinsing machine by the pulp pump. The function is to clean the pulp and bleach; after bleaching, it automatically flows into the pulp tank; and then the pulp is carried into the refiner. After being refined into a fine slurry, it automatically flows into the slurry tank and then is lifted into the sedimentation tray by the slurry pump. The function of the sedimentation tray is to precipitate and separate impurities such as sand and ash, and then make pure slurry, which is then lifted into a stable slurry by the de-sand pump. The function of the headbox and stabilizing headbox is to adjust the consistency of the pulp, and then automatically flow into the net trough, then the net cage blanket carries the pulp into the dryer. (The dryer is used for drying) and then enter the finished roll paper. After the paper is rolled, it enters the rewinding machine, and the function of rewinding is to play the role of rewinding, punching and embossing. Rewind from large rolls into small rolls, and then enter the slitting machine. The function of the slitting machine is to cut the length of different specifications, and then package to the finished product. Note: The boiler plays the role of hot air and is sent to the dryer to play the role of drying paper.
