　　Pulping equipment is used in the papermaking process. Below we understand the functions of some equipment in the pulping equipment.

　　1. Hydraulic pulper: The pulp board receives tearing and mutual friction in the hydraulic pulper, so as to realize the purpose of pulp dissolution.

　　2. Beating: Beating makes the fibers deform, swell, crush and cut, and fibrillate. Through beating, the fiber shape can be changed to obtain certain characteristics (such as mechanical strength and physical properties) of the pulp, so as to ensure that the paper and cardboard made of paper can achieve the expected quality requirements.

　　3. Purification: The purpose of purification is to remove relatively large impurities in paper materials, such as metal scraps and cinders. The principle of purification equipment is to use density difference to separate impurities. Commonly used equipment: cone cleaner.

　　4. Screening: The purpose is to remove the relatively small and bulky impurities in the paper material, such as pulp mass, fiber bundles, grass clippings, etc. Commonly used equipment: pressure screen.

　　5. Headbox: The headbox is a key part of modern paper machines. Its structure and performance have a decisive effect on the formation of the paper and the quality of the paper.
