The papermaking equipment is composed of two parts: the wet part and the dry part. The wet part includes the headbox (head box), the wire part and the press part; the dry part includes the dryer part, the calender part and the paper machine. The paper stock suspension sent by the purification system is sprayed between the two nets at a uniform and stable output speed through the headbox (usually sprayed at a 45-degree or 90-degree angle), and most of it is removed on both sides of the two nets After the water is formed, it is sent to an advanced shoe press for squeezing and dewatering, and improves the performance of the paper, and increases the tightness and surface smoothness of the paper. After the paper sheet is dehydrated by the press machine, it is sent to the drying section to further dehydrate with thermal energy to meet the requirements of the moisture content of the paper. Offset paper needs to undergo surface sizing treatment in the drying section to improve the surface strength of the paper and meet the requirements of high-speed printing. The surface of the paper coming out of the dryer section is still very rough and cannot meet the requirements of printing and writing. In order to improve the smoothness of the paper and adjust the thickness of the paper, the paper must also be calendered by one or several metal press rollers (usually one positive and one negative calender). The calendered paper can be cut into flat paper or rolled into roll paper with a rewinder. (How the paper is copied)
