In order to ensure that the moisture content of the single-faced corrugated board before entering the dryer is basically the same, the size of the preheating area of ??the single-faced corrugated board on the triple preheater can be adjusted. The adjustment method is as follows: when the water content is too high, the preheating area is increased; when the water content is too low, the preheating area is reduced.

Because the production process of corrugated cardboard packaging boxes takes away a lot of heat, part of the saturated steam will become condensed water in the preheater and corrugated roller, which can usually be discharged through a trap. In order to ensure the normal discharge of condensed water, Open the bypass pipe valve in front of the steam trap for 4 hours for 3 to 5 minutes to ensure a relatively stable temperature.

　　Controlling the amount of glue applied to make corrugated cardboard usually uses corn starch adhesive. Its main ingredients are corn starch, water, sodium hydroxide and borax. Due to the different configurations of the corrugated cardboard production line, the speed is different, and the prepared adhesive The viscosity, concentration and gelatinization temperature are also different. With the amount of glue applied, the moisture content of corrugated cardboard also changes. When the amount of glue is large, the moisture content of the corrugated board is large, and vice versa.
