Abnormal way of paper machine bearing inspection-Jinling Paper Equipment

　　After installing the bearing of the toilet paper machine, check the operation of the installation. The small paper machine can be confirmed by rotating it by hand. Through the inspection of problems caused by installation errors such as improper operation caused by foreign objects, scars, and indentations, uneven rotation torque caused by poor installation.

　　Since large paper machines cannot be rotated manually, they can be powered off immediately after starting without load and perform inertial operation to check for vibration, sound, and contact with rotating parts. After confirming that there is no abnormality, it can enter power operation.

　　Power running can start at low speed with no load, and slowly increase to the rated running under the specified conditions. The items to be checked during the trial operation are: whether there is abnormal sound, the transfer of the bearing temperature of the toilet paper machine, the leakage and discoloration of lubricant, etc. If an abnormality occurs during the trial operation, the operation shall be terminated immediately, the machine shall be inspected, and the inspection shall be disassembled if necessary.
